Mia Shull is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in trust and safety, guest services, and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Trust & Safety Specialist at Sonder Inc. since March 2021, Mia also operates Fur Baby Care, LLC as the Founder and CEO, providing insured pet care services. Previous roles include Studio General Manager at CycleBar, where Mia oversaw studio operations, staff management, and customer retention, and Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, focused on operational success and member relations. Mia’s foundational experience includes customer service and sales roles at companies such as BioTrust Nutrition, Spyderco, and Starbucks. Mia holds a BS in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Ohio University.
