Winnie Tu

Winnie Tu has significant experience in growth, strategy, and investment analysis within the real estate sector. Currently serving in a growth and strategy role at Sonder Inc. since September 2022, Winnie previously worked as an analyst focusing on investment analysis and research. Prior experience includes a finance and operations internship at Shift Capital LLC, where urban social impact was emphasized, and a winter associate position at Callis Capital, which involved executing mission-driven strategies for private equity investments. Winnie also contributed as an associate at HOK, collaborating on design solutions in various sectors, and as a summer associate at Silverstein Properties, resolving project complications for major developments. Winnie holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minor in Real Estate & Development from Syracuse University.
