Johannes Berg Westergaard

Johannes Berg Westergaard currently serves as the Leader of Technology and Aids at Sønderborg Kommune since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Department Head for Training, Rehabilitation, and Aids at Haderslev Kommune and Area Leader at Falck Healthcare A/S, where responsibilities involved strategic development and leadership within health and social services. Additionally, Johannes has contributed to professional networks, such as the Management Council of Danske Fysioterapeuter, focusing on the future visions of physiotherapy and leadership. An active educator, Johannes has facilitated interdisciplinary collaboration at UC SYD. Johannes holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Public Management from Syddansk Universitet and several leadership and innovation qualifications.
