Carmen Feldman

Carmen Feldman possesses extensive legal expertise, having held significant roles in various organizations. As Vice President and Head of Legal & Government Relations at SonderMind from March 2020 to April 2023, Carmen managed diverse legal matters, including insurance policies, corporate governance, intellectual property, employment law, and commercial contracts, while overseeing compliance and data privacy initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at COPIC Companies, focusing on intellectual property and regulatory compliance, and previously as Vice President & General Counsel at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, where oversight of litigation and regulatory compliance was paramount. Carmen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado and a Master of Arts from the University of Denver.
