Dallas Cook

Dallas Cook has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Dallas currently holds the position of Principal Engineer at SonderMind, where they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Manager at SonderMind from October 2020 to November 2022. Dallas also served as a Senior Software Engineer at SonderMind from April 2020 to October 2020.

Before joining SonderMind, Dallas worked at SRS Acquiom as a Lead Angular Developer from May 2019 to March 2020. Prior to that, they held the roles of Software Engineering Manager and Technical Lead at PromonTech LLC from February 2019 to April 2019 and from April 2016 to January 2019, respectively.

Dallas gained experience as a Software Engineer at Pharmedio from March 2015 to April 2016. Dallas also worked at Merchants FoodService, where they served as an iSeries Mobile Developer / Programmer Analyst from May 2014 to March 2015 and as a Help Desk Technician from August 2013 to April 2014. In this role, they managed the help desk, directed work orders, maintained Active Directory and Citrix accounts, and provided support for over 300 thin clients and 150 notebook computers.

Earlier in their career, Dallas worked as a Software Engineer at Creative Computer Communications from July 2010 to October 2011 and as a Field Technician at Burton Computer Resources, Inc from August 2006 to May 2009.

Dallas Cook has a solid education background in Information Technology. Dallas obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Dallas earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Technology from Jones College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their academic degrees, Dallas Cook has also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they acquired their A+ certification from CompTIA. In the following year, Dallas obtained their Network+ certification from the same institution. Dallas also obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional certification in January 2009 from Microsoft. These certifications further showcase Dallas's commitment to developing their IT skills and staying updated with industry standards.
