Victoria Cannella began their work experience in 2014 as an Administrative Services Representative at Credit Service Company, Inc. Victoria applied payments to debts, assisted clients, and handled bill collecting matters while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. In 2016, they joined Hope and Home Foster Care Agency as a Child Care Worker, where they interacted with foster, adopted, and biological children, overseeing their safety and needs. Victoria also developed skills in working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Case Aide at the same agency, and in 2019, they became a Home Supervisor. In 2019, Victoria also worked as an Intern Clinician at Colorado Motion. In 2020, they joined A LITTLE COUNSELING, P.L.L.C as a Counselor, and in 2022, they became a Mental Health Counselor at SonderMind. In the same year, they also became the Owner of Rose Thorn & Bud Counseling LLC.

Victoria Cannella, LCMHC, LPC, NCC obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Services from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which they completed in 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the same university, which they accomplished from 2018 to 2020.
