Madison Thompson has a diverse work experience in a variety of roles and industries.

Starting in 2014, Madison worked as a Recreation Leader for the City of Walnut Creek. This was followed by internships and assistant roles at Pacific University, where Madison served as a Writing Tutor, Student Journalist, Undergraduate Research Assistant, and Sustainability Chair for the Associated Student Body.

In 2017, Madison interned as a New Media Intern for The Humane League.

Madison then took on various roles at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, including Project Coordinator.

In 2020, Madison worked as a COVID-19 Case Investigator and Contact Tracer for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

The following year, Madison served as a Healthy Eating, Active Living Intern for Boulder County Public Health.

Madison also worked at Colorado State University as a Community Outreach Coordinator and Public Health Intern.

In 2021, Madison founded Stellar Threads by Madison, operating as Stellar Threads LLC.

Most recently, Madison joined SonderMind as a Marketing Coordinator.

Throughout Madison's career, they have demonstrated a commitment to public health, sustainability, community outreach, and marketing.

Madison Thompson completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Animals, People, and the Environment from the Colorado School of Public Health. This educational pursuit took place from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Pacific University, spanning from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Madison obtained a certification in "The Power of Awareness: A 7-week Mindfulness and Meditation Training" from The Greater Good Science Center in October 2021.
