Ian Hadingham

Ian is the Chief Operating Officer at Sonderwell since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ian was the Managing Director at MANORCOURT CARE (NORFOLK) LIMITED, Group Director of Live In Care at City & County Healthcare Group, Operations Director at MIHOMECARE LIMITED, and Care Delivery Director at Allied Healthcare. Ian also held a position as Food Operations Manager at BHS for over a decade. As a Senior Operations Manager, Ian was responsible for overseeing total P&L for multiple restaurants, cafes, and coffee lounges. Additionally, Ian successfully managed the daily operations of a multi-million pound flagship store as a Senior Store Manager, and conducted multi-site visits as Deputy Regional Manager.
