After serving in the army for three years, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Following their time at Enterprise, they joined SmartIT as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in human capital management and workforce solutions. Dan then moved on to Theoris Services, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter for three years. Currently, they are employed at Sondhi Solutions as a Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on IT consulting and staff augmentation.
