Emily Kitch is currently the Team Lead at EXOS IT, responsible for managing a team of 10 service desk technicians and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Previously, Emily served as a Consultant at EXOS IT's managed services team, delivering exceptional customer support. Prior to joining EXOS IT, Emily held the position of Senior Communications Advisor in the US Army, selected from a competitive pool to support the organization's highest-ranking leader while managing crucial signal support systems. Additionally, Emily worked as a Help Desk Administrator, providing IT support and troubleshooting at a corporate level, focusing on resolving technical issues for computers and radios.
