Mike Vaughn

Mike Vaughn has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mike started their career as a Respiratory Therapist at Hancock Regional Hospital in November 2012, where they worked until October 2014. Mike then transitioned to a Director of Respiratory Therapy role at AMG Specialty Hospital-Hancock in October 2014, where they stayed until 2018. From 2016 to 2018, Mike also served as the Director of Materials Management/ Equipment at AMG Specialty Hospital Greenfield. Mike then joined CommuniCare Health Services in September 2018 as the Director of Respiratory Therapy, but left in November 2019. In 2020, Mike worked as a Respiratory Therapist at TRANQUILITY NURSING AND REHAB LLC. In 2021, they became an Associate Consultant at Sondhi Solutions, and they are currently working there. In March 2023, Mike will join HCA Healthcare as a Respiratory Therapist.
