Shelby Richards

Shelby Richards has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shelby is currently working as a Technical Recruiter at Sondhi Solutions since March 2022. Prior to that, from August 2019 to March 2022, they worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Collaborating for Kids, LLC. Before that, they served as a Registered Behavior Technician at The Applied Behavior Center for Autism from March 2016 to August 2019. Additionally, they held positions at YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, where they were a Site Director from May 2015 to March 2016 and an Assistant Site Director from May 2014 to March 2016.

Shelby Richards completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Shelby obtained the certification of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in April 2017. Shelby also earned a certification titled "Become a Technical Recruiter" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
