SoNE HEALTH launched January 1, 2020, as a regional organization, serving the Hartford, Waterbury, and Springfield markets.  Founded in 1993 as Saint Francis Healthcare Partners, SoNE HEALTH is a collaboration between physicians and the hospital partners of Trinity Health Of New England. Comprised of 1,700+ primary and specialty care physicians, seven hospitals, and nearly 190,000 covered patient lives, SoNE HEALTH is among Southern New England's largest clinically integrated networks.
