Paul Madera

Paul Madera is Managing Director of Meritech Capital Partners, a $3 Billion venture capital fund he co-founded in 1999. Over the years he has led Meritech’s investments into several notable tech companies including 2Wire, BlueArc, Facebook, IntraLase, Riverbed Technology, Salesforce.com and Yammer. Prior to Meritech, he was an investment banker with Montgomery Securities and Morgan Stanley, and he served in the US Air Force as an F-16 Instructor Pilot. He holds a BS from the US Air Force Academy, and an MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
