Shoaib Ali

Shoaib Ali is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in business process re-engineering, continuous process improvement, and customer service excellence. Currently serving as AVP-Manager Business Process Re-engineering at Soneri Bank Limited since March 2024, Shoaib is responsible for facilitating BPR projects within the Operations department. Previously, Shoaib held various roles at Bank AL Habib Limited from November 2016 to March 2024, focusing on process improvement methodologies in General/Retail Banking.
