Marti Dodson

Marti Dodson is a seasoned mentor and instructor at SongTown, guiding aspiring songwriters since September 2016. As a founding member and singer/songwriter of Saving Jane, Marti has contributed to pop/rock music, achieving two hits at CHR, a gold record, and receiving a BMI award for the most played song. Previous experience includes working as a songwriter for BMG Music Publishing and Shapiro, Bernstein & Co., Inc., with placements in various music genres for artists, films, and TV. Marti also has a background as a certified life coach and served as a mental health therapist for middle and high school students, holding a Master of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
