Prior roles include Software Engineer at Aledade, Inc. where Donna improved engineering processes and automated code, and Scrum Master/Senior Software Engineer at Tenable, focusing on enhancing scrum ceremonies and team efficiency. Donna's early career included roles such as Cryptologic Computer Scientist for the U.S. Government and Database Information Specialist at the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University, Donna also advocates for health and wellness as the Advocacy Director of the CARE ERG.
