Sherri Osgood

Sherri Osgood, CIA, CFE, is a highly experienced professional in compliance and internal auditing, currently serving as the Director of SOX Compliance at Sonic Automotive since July 2013. Prior to this role, Sherri held significant positions at CB&I / The Shaw Group as Internal Audit Director and Internal Controls Director from June 2008 to June 2013, and at URS Corporation / Washington Group International, where responsibilities included Internal Audit Manager and Financial Compliance Manager from September 2006 to June 2008. Sherri began a career in auditing at BMHC as a Senior Auditor from May 2005 to August 2006, and at Albertsons Inc. as part of the SOX Implementation Team and IA Analyst from January 2002 to May 2005. Sherri holds a BBA in Accountancy from Boise State University and has further educational background from the University of North Dakota.
