Troy Formosa

Troy Formosa is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Technical Services Officer in the TechOps IT Operations for Sonic Healthcare since January 2021, focusing on technical support for Sonic Clinical Services. With expertise in mobile device management and video conferencing, Troy has led technical support initiatives during the establishment of vaccination clinics across NSW. Prior to this role, Troy held various technical support positions within the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta, providing second-level support across multiple schools and mentoring ICT trainees. Troy's career began as an ICT trainee, delivering level 1 support to educational institutions. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking) and a Certificate III in Information Digital Media and Technology from TAFE NSW.
