Martha Rodas has been working in the industry since 1995. Martha began their career at GE Nuclear Energy as a Field Engineer/ Technical Director. Martha then moved to GE in 2000 as a Commercial Operations Manager. In 2004, they became an International Operations Manager at GE Energy. Martha then transitioned to GE Infrastructure in 2009 as a Facility Manager. In 2010, they moved back to GE Energy as a Quality Leader - O&M. In 2015, they joined Sonic Systems International, Inc. (SSI) as an Operations Lead. Most recently, they have been working at FieldCore as a Project Manager since 2017.
Martha Rodas attended the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where they earned a B.S. in Marine Engineering.
