Bill "TTK" Moyer has an extensive work experience in software engineering and development.

Bill "TTK" started their career at First Pacific Networks as a Software Engineer in 1996.

In 1996, they also worked at Cygnus Solutions as a Software Engineer, where they developed the GNU toolchain and acted as a technical liaison with Cisco.

Bill "TTK" then joined Flying Crocodile in 1999, where they developed massively multithreaded middleware for caching and distributing database access.

From 2000 to 2003, they worked at The Sausalito Group as a Software Engineer, developing and administrating web-based demographic surveys and automated dynamic web-based surveys.

In 2003, Bill co-founded Hardpoint Intelligence and served as the CTO. Bill "TTK" redeveloped necessary software and procured colocation facilities.

At The Internet Archive, they worked as a UNIX Software Engineer from 2003 to 2008. Bill "TTK" designed and deployed the PetaBox data warehouse and served as the System Architect.

Bill then joined Autonomy as a Sr. Software Engineer from 2008 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Cyan Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they developed EMS/NMS software and components for the BluePlanet network operating system.

Their most recent role was at Sonic.net, where they started as a Software Engineer in 2013 and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Bill "TTK" designed and developed software for telecommunication infrastructure and integrated third-party SaaS and legacy databases.

Bill "TTK" Moyer completed their high school education at Lynbrook High from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they focused on a range of subjects including math, science, and English. Following their high school graduation, Moyer pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 1990 to 1994.
