Lincoln Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lincoln started their career as a High School Teacher in the San Francisco Unified School District from August 1994 to June 1995. Following that, they worked as a Telecommunications/WAN Network Engineer at Chase (formerly North American Mortgage Company) from October 1995 to November 1999. In this role, they were responsible for designing, installing, upgrading, and supporting voice-related technology, data networks, and desktop technology across various locations.
After their time at Chase, Lincoln joined Medtronic in 1999. Lincoln held various positions within the company, including Supervisor of Help Desk, Desktop Support, and Telecommunications from November 1999 to January 2002. During this time, they built and integrated a high-performing team while providing hands-on support for the voice environment. Lincoln also implemented an improved trouble-ticketing system, leading to improved customer satisfaction and response times.
From May 2002 to October 2005, Lincoln served as a Global IT Business Relationship Manager and Account Manager at Medtronic. In this role, they acted as the primary point of contact between Corporate IT and Business Unit IT. Lincoln ensured effective communication, developed IT solutions, and managed projects to meet the needs of the clients. In their final role at Medtronic, Lincoln served as the Senior IT Operations Manager from December 2007 to June 2011. Lincoln managed IT operations at a manufacturing site, overseeing a team of IT managers and resources. Lincoln was responsible for infrastructure and application support, web development, and business analysis/project management. Lincoln also managed a budget of $1.4 million.
After leaving Medtronic, Lincoln joined Sonic as an Account Executive in October 2011. Lincoln was later promoted to Senior Account Executive in May 2018. At Sonic, they focused on designing and delivering business connectivity solutions for various geographical areas. Lincoln'sresponsibilities included providing gigabit internet, VoIP systems, SIP and PRI voice services, dark fiber, redundancy, and co-location solutions to businesses.

Lincoln Miller obtained their Master's Degree in Russian from San Francisco State University, from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Russian from California State University, Long Beach, spanning from 1983 to 1988. In 1992, they returned to San Francisco State University to acquire a Credential in Primary and Secondary Education, which they completed in 1993.
