Wesley-Tariq Lima

Wesley-Tariq Lima has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Wesley-Tariq began their career as a Manager at Streetlife Radio, a community radio station in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. During their time there, they also played a role in the establishment of Streetlife Training Programmes, which offered radio production and broadcasting courses to the local community.

Following their role at Streetlife Radio, Lima joined Connect Media Group as a Senior Director of Sales. At this small UK based Performance Marketing Agency, they specialized in Paid Social, Re-targeting, SEM, and Display Advertising. Wesley-Tariq played a key role in the company's expansion into Paid Search and Paid Social over the course of their five-year tenure.

After leaving Connect Media Group, Lima became the Managing Director of New Breed Entertainment. This unique UK organization was focused on event management, particularly personal celebrity appearances and after parties. Lima's role involved coordinating with clubs, venues, and partner companies throughout the UK and Europe to ensure clients had an enjoyable and profitable party experience.

Most recently, Lima joined SONICJOBS as a Business Development Manager. This London-based recruitment app focused on the hospitality industry, connecting job seekers and employers. Lima worked closely with businesses to find experienced candidates who were the best fit for their requirements. Wesley-Tariq also offered support with integrating the app into existing systems.

Through their diverse roles, Lima has gained experience in various aspects of business development, event management, sales, and marketing.

Wesley-Tariq Lima attended Broomfield School from 1999 to 2004, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 2004 to 2007, they enrolled at Chocolate Factory/ Collage of Arts and obtained a BTEC-Level 2 degree in Music Business & Events Management.
