Hai Chu

Hai Chu has over two decades of experience in IT services and administration. Starting at OOCL as a Production Support Administrator from July 2001 to June 2007, Hai then worked as an IT Support Desk Technician at Alameda Alliance for Health from July 2007 to February 2008. Following this, Hai held the position of Lead IT Administrator at RITSnet from March 2008 to March 2012. Since March 2012, Hai has been with SonicWall Inc., serving as both IT Services Manager and System Administration Senior Analyst, demonstrating a strong progression in technical leadership and system management.
