Sean McMahon

Sean McMahon, CFA has a strong background in finance and treasury. Sean is currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance and Treasury at Sonida Senior Living, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Avantax® as a Senior Finance Manager from December 2019 to September 2023. In this role, they were responsible for financial planning, risk assessment, process improvement, and automation initiatives. Sean also has experience as a Financial Consultant, providing financial analyses and consulting services to clients from August 2018 to November 2019. Sean has held leadership positions at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits as the Director of Finance from September 2011 to July 2018, and at Dean Foods as the Director of Corporate Development from April 2008 to August 2011. Earlier in their career, Sean worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns and as an Equity Research Intern at Luther King Capital Management.

Sean McMahon, CFA received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business in 2005. Sean also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in 2022.
