Dan Bilbo

Dan Bilbo is an experienced professional in project management and technical field service operations, currently serving as Project Manager International at SONIFI Solutions, Inc. since March 2019, and as Network Field Manager at AT&T since March 2018. Previously, Dan held roles at AT&T that included Sr. Specialist Technical Process/Quality and ATO Development Coach. At DIRECTV, Dan managed Senior Home Services across multiple DMAs in North and South Dakota. Dan’s career also includes significant leadership positions at LodgeNet Interactive Corporation, where responsibilities spanned vice presidency roles in Field Service and Customer Service, and director-level duties in North American Field Service operations. Dan's early career included positions as Quality Audit Engineer at Pacific Pay Video-Maginet and Field Service Manager at On Command Video, along with management roles at Spectradyne. Dan's foundational education was completed at Onondaga Community College.
