Clay Crolius

Clay Crolius has served as the Chief Accounting Officer since September 2021. From December 2016 to August 2021, Mr. Crolius served as Principal Accounting Officer and Controller for 4Front Ventures Corp. a national manufacturer and retailer. From 2015 to 2016, Mr. Crolius was the Controller at Ethology Corporation, a digital advertising agency startup. From 2005 to 2014, Mr. Crolius was a Senior Management Consultant with the David Lewis Company, a professional services consulting company. He also served as Vice President of Financial Operations for Warner Bros. Studios, a division of Time Warner from 2000 to 2005.

Mr. Crolius holds a BA in Economics and Business from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a certified public accountant in the state of California.
