Per Heidenreich

Mr. Heidenreich has a broad range of experience in shipping, logistics and IT. In 1984, he founded Heidmar Inc. which controlled approximately 100 oil tankers and had two subsidiaries in Texas in the oil service industry. In 2006, Mr. Heidenreich sold Heidmar to the Morgan Stanley private equity group. He currently serves as Chairman of Penfield Marine, a spin-off of Heidmar, and manages Heidenreich Enterprise LP, a family owned private equity company. He and his wife are active philanthropists through the Per and Astrid Heidenreich Family Foundation in Greenwich, Connecticut. These past innovative and entrepreneurial accomplishments contribute valuable experience to our board and organization. Born and educated in Norway, Mr. Heidenreich became a US citizen in 2005.
