Elise Marchand

Elise Marchand serves as Principal at Sonnar since July 2024, leading senior and executive recruitments for venture capital and private equity-backed businesses while advising C-Level and business leaders on organization design. Concurrently, Elise is a Board Member at Pépite, providing recruitment expertise to help former military personnel transition to civilian roles. Previously, Elise held several roles at Ankorstore, including People Strategy & Development and Global Talent Acquisition Lead, managing staffing plans and performance reviews for a 100-person scope and leading talent acquisition for local markets. At Doctolib, Elise advanced from Talent Partner to Head of Recruitment France, contributing to significant company growth, and worked as an HR Project Manager at AXA, coordinating global talent initiatives. Elise holds a Master's degree in Law from Université de Rouen Normandie and a Master in Management and Organization from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
