Andreas Flamm has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Andreas is currently working as the VP of Commercial Finance at sonnen GmbH since July 2021. Andreas began their career at SICK AG, where they held roles as an Enterprise Architect from January 2008 to September 2008, and as an Inhouse Business Intelligence Consultant and Project Manager from October 2003 to December 2007.

Andreas Flamm has a diverse educational background with a focus on economics and business administration. In 2000, they began their undergraduate studies at Duale Hochschule Villingen-Schwenningen, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and IT in 2003. Andreas then pursued further education in the field of economics by completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Economics at Queen Mary University of London from 2008 to 2009. Andreas Flamm's academic journey continued at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics in 2010.
