Florian Rudhart is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Global Supplier Quality Manager for Batteries & Battery Management Systems at sonnen GmbH since September 2022. In this role, Florian leads the global supplier quality team, oversees supplier audit planning, and manages vendor cost recovery and the cost of poor quality while specializing in problem solving and root cause analysis.
