Michiel Slot

Michiel Slot has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michiel started their career as the Head of Digital Products at Viacom/MTV Networks from 2009 to 2016. Michiel then worked at Axel Springer Ideas Engineering GmbH as a Senior Project Manager and Product Design Specialist in 2017. After that, they joined Highsnobiety as the Head of Product & UX from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are working at sonnen GmbH, where they have held positions such as Team Manager, VP Portal Apps, and currently serves as the VP of Customer Experience Development.

Michiel Slot completed their Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 2003. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Leadership in Digital Communication from the University of St.Gallen. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michiel obtained professional certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2020, and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in November 2014.
