Alexxa Decarlo

Alexxa DeCarlo is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in behavioral health and therapy. Currently serving as a Senior Therapist at Sonnenberg Consultants since June 2022, Alexxa manages a caseload of over eight clients while providing supervision to Behavioral Technicians, developing treatment plans, and leading team meetings. Previous experience includes roles as a Behavior Treatment Technician at BeLEAF Survivors, Inc., and various positions at Wisconsin Early Autism Project and the Panhellenic Council of Carthage College. Alexxa holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education & Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Carthage College, alongside a high school diploma from IC Catholic Prep.
