Tawsif Saleheen is currently serving as the Manager of WFM and Operational Effectiveness at Sonnet Insurance Company. Tawsif manages a team of Operations Analysts, BAs, BSAs, PMs, and Scrum masters. Tawsif also serves as a Product Owner for the Operations Effectiveness POD, overseeing product management and continuous improvement of operations technology platforms. Prior to their current role, Tawsif worked as an Analyst in WFM and Reporting, focusing on forecasting, capacity planning, and operational reporting. Tawsif also has experience in project management, business consulting, and event operations coordination.
