Brian Pflugrad

Brian Pflugrad has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Brian started their career as a Business Analyst at Walla Walla University, where they applied their education to solving business problems for clients in the local community. Brian then transitioned to Applied Discovery, where they served as a Senior Billing Analyst and played a crucial role in leading the migration from Sage ERP 500 to Netsuite.

In 2014, Brian joined DTI LLC as a Senior Billing Analyst and supported the integration of Applied Discovery Finance processes with DTI. Brian later moved to Lighthouse eDiscovery, where they worked as a Senior Revenue Analyst and led a project implementing Microsoft Dynamics SL ERP. During this time, they also developed reports using SQL Server Reporting Services for internal consumption.

Since 2015, Brian has been working at Sono Bello, initially as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed, documented, and suggested improvements to processes across the organization. Brian also developed ETL solutions using Pentaho Data-Integration and wrote reports using Pentaho Report Designer. Later, they transitioned to the role of Software Engineer and contributed to the development and maintenance of internal tools used by various teams within Sono Bello. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer and leads a team in creating a proprietary application for Sono Bello's Contact Center, utilizing Azure Functions V3.

Throughout their career, Brian has showcased their technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities.
