Frank Fox

Frank Fox has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Frank started their career in 2000 as a Lead Draftsman at Ramel Architects, where they evaluated architectural sketches and created plot plans for projects. From 2004 to 2005, Frank worked as a Lead CAD Draftsman at Quincy Joist, where they performed project management, technical analysis of drawings, and collaborated with project owners for final drawings approval.

In 2005, Frank joined Western Window Systems as a Project Manager, responsible for managing design, order, production, and shipping schedules for multiple projects. Frank also provided quality assurance and performed CAD support functions. Frank received the "Employee of the Quarter" award during their tenure.

From 2009 to 2016, Frank worked at the University of Phoenix, initially as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician, troubleshooting technical support calls and training agents.
