Paulo Gromicho Serol serves as Chief Information Officer at both Picama Group since October 2021 and Sono Global since June 2016. With a comprehensive background in SAP Business One consultancy and management, Paulo has held various roles including Head of Applications Implementation/Support at Bidfresh, SAP Business One Manager at Escombe Lambert, and Senior Consultant at CDP-SI. Proven expertise includes leading SAP implementation projects, application support, and user training, as well as project management and web development through ownership of Análise Global. Paulo holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Management, with a major in Operations from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education, completed in 2022.
