Chris Gross is an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in operations and continuous improvement. Currently employed at Sonoco since October 2021, Chris previously held positions as Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at ALPLA Group and Production Manager at Plastipak Packaging, among other roles in manufacturing operations. With expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, Chris has successfully improved metrics such as MOEE and reduced changeover times substantially. Chris holds an M.B.A. in Operations Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
