Erin Vincent Ms

Erin Vincent has extensive experience in global human resources and business services, currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Services at Sonoco since September 2018, following a progression of leadership roles within the organization focused on talent management, acquisition, and development. Prior to Sonoco, Erin held various positions at Holman Enterprises, including Manager of Global HR Operations, overseeing HR technology and process management for a global workforce. Further experience includes roles at Theorem (now Chiltern), Radian, EMCOR Facilities Services, and Sodexo, with expertise in HRIS, analytics, recruitment, employee relations, and operational efficiencies. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and has completed an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
