Jessica Smothers

Jessica Smothers is an experienced organizational development and talent development professional with a diverse background in human resources and customer service. Since joining Sonoco in August 2015, Jessica has held several key positions, including Organizational Development Specialist, Global Talent Development Specialist, University Relations Coordinator, Total Rewards Analyst/Admin, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a private nanny from August 2012 to August 2015 and was a team member on the Student Marketing team at Coker College for a brief period in 2015. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Coker College, earned in 2015.
