Karyn Parker

Karyn Parker has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Associate HR Director for Global Paper Products at Sonoco since July 2016. In this role, Karyn supports 17 manufacturing locations across Georgia and North Carolina, overseeing approximately 730 employees, with a mix of non-union and union sites. Prior to Sonoco, Karyn worked at Cummins Inc. as a Line HR Generalist and as an intern in their HR department. Additional experience includes serving as a Recruitment Assistant at the University of South Carolina and as a Lead Sales Manager at HANDPICKED. Karyn holds a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from the same institution.
