Mathieu Vanhoute is a seasoned Plant Manager with extensive experience in the food ingredient and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Sonoco since August 2025, Mathieu previously held the same title at IFF from February 2021 to August 2025, overseeing multiple departments including Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality Control. From February 2013 to August 2025, Mathieu was with DuPont, where responsibilities included managing production lines and leading process safety management initiatives.
