Lee Redfield

Lee Redfield serves as the Event Coordinator and Manager of The Santa Rosa Veterans Building at the Sonoma County Event Center at the Fairgrounds since January 2017, overseeing event organization, staffing, security, and maintenance in compliance with county policies. Additionally, Lee is the CEO of Mongo's BBQ Sauce, promoting a family recipe for barbecue sauce. Previous experience includes serving as Deputy Managing Director at United Camps Conferences from October 2014 to January 2017, where responsibilities included event planning, hiring, and financial management. Prior roles include Retail Service Support at CROSS CHECK and Marketing and Sales Representative at Maverick Media. Lee holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from Empire College, earned between 1995 and 1997.
