Rebecca Bailey

Rebecca Bailey, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at the Mendocino County Office of Education since July 2020. Additionally, Rebecca is a Course Instructor for Teach Lake County and an ECS CSF Facilitator for the Sacramento County Office of Education, both roles initiated in January 2022 and June 2019, respectively. Rebecca also teaches part-time in Computer Science at Mendocino College and facilitates for the North Coast School of Education, with engagements dating back to January 2019 and August 2017, respectively. Previous experience includes roles in technology integration and computer science at Mendocino Unified School District, game design instruction, and teaching positions at Fort Bragg Middle School and Garforth Academy. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education, alongside a Master's in Educational/Instructional Technology and a PGCE in Business & Economics from the University of Leeds.
