Adam Garcia

Adam Garcia is a seasoned professional in the field of urban planning and environmental studies, currently serving as a Data Analyst for the Sonoma County Transportation Authority and Regional Climate Protection Authority since January 2023. In addition, Adam operates as an Independent Consultant with AMG Sustainable Planning since January 2022. Previously, Adam held roles such as Assistant Project Manager at David J. Powers & Associates, Inc. and Environmental Planner at M-GROUP. With extensive experience at Greenbelt Alliance as Planning and Research Manager and Policy Researcher, Adam's career also includes positions as Research Associate at Central City Neighborhood Partners and Vernazza Wolfe Associates Inc., as well as an internship and graduate research role at UCLA Urban Planning. Adam earned an MA in Urban Planning from UCLA and a BS in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
