Zoe Unruh is a Senior Planner with experience in transportation planning at various levels within the public transportation sector. Unruh has a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Transportation from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Development from Pitzer College.
