Robert Millay has extensive experience in nursing education and staff development. Since January 1999, Robert has served as a Professor in the Associate Nursing Degree Program at Napa Valley College. Previously, Robert worked as a Nurse Educator at Napa State Hospital from April 1997 to August 2001, where annual and on-demand classes were provided to nursing staff. Prior to that role, Robert was the Director of Staff Development at Crestwood Behavioral Health from February 1994 to April 1997, focusing on staff in-services and nursing assistant course instruction, along with needs assessments for patients and staff. Robert holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from the University of Phoenix (2007-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University-Sacramento (1989-1993).
