Jo Ilfeld

Jo Ilfeld, PhD, is a prominent leadership expert, currently serving as CEO and Founder of Incite to Leadership since January 2011. In addition to this role, Jo holds positions as an Adjunct Professor for the Executive MBA Program at Sonoma State University, delivering the core course on Leadership Intelligence, and as an Executive Leadership Coach and Program Manager at Mobius Executive Leadership. Jo specializes in transformational learning, coaching, and capability building for senior leaders. As an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with Growth Axis, Jo facilitates high-impact off-sites and enhances team engagement. Jo also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty Coach at New Ventures West, is an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and previously co-founded and led a successful online retail business, Let's Go Strolling. Jo earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Yale University and a PhD in Marketing and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
