Todd Schram

Todd Schram is a highly experienced Senior Water Resources Engineer at Sonoma County Water Agency, serving since April 2006, focusing on planning engineering in water resources. Prior to this role, Todd held positions as an Environmental Engineer at Malcolm Pirnie from August 2000 to November 2004 and at CDM Smith from August 1994 to September 1997. Todd earned a Master of Science in Environmental / Water Resources Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies took place from 1998 to 2000, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, completing the degree in 1994.
