Priyanka Shenoy

Priyanka Shenoy has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Priyanka is currently working as an R&D Engineer at Sonomotion Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Assistant at San Jose State University from July 2021 to May 2022, and again from May 2022 to May 2023. Before that, they were an R&D Test and Reliability Engineering Intern at Willow Innovations, Inc. where they analyzed large amounts of data, built reliability models, and identified product improvement opportunities for a wearable breast pump. Priyanka also has experience as a Research and Development Intern at Siemens Healthineers where they developed MR image post-processing algorithms and collaborated with global teams on Covid-19 related projects. Priyanka began their career as an Intern at Meditrina Hospital Trivandrum where they conducted assessments and calibrations of medical equipment and guided staff members on the latest technologies.

Priyanka Shenoy obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Priyanka then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at San Jose State University from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their degrees, Priyanka has obtained several certifications. Priyanka completed courses such as "Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems" and "Learning 3D Printing" from LinkedIn in 2023. In 2021, they completed the "Applied Machine Learning: Foundations" course from LinkedIn. Priyanka also completed various online courses from Coursera, including "AI for Medical Diagnosis", "Neural Networks and Deep Learning", and "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" in 2020 and 2019.
